About Takumi Sushi

Fresh, Flavorful, and from the heart each plate we serve is a work of a art!

Located at 2928 Old Nazareth Rd, Easton, PA 18045, Takumi Sushi operates as a japanese serving Easton in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Easton, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Pennsylvania run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 11 AM–10:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Takumi Sushi at (610) 438-5021; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, takumieaston.com.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 587 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded japanese & sushi in Easton.

Easton is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Easton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This sushi was absolutely incredible, 10/10 would order again! The sea urchin nigiri is the star hereβ€”rich, creamy, briny, and super fresh with zero fishy aftertaste, perfectly balanced with the soft sushi rice underneath. The tuna and salmon sushi are fresh too. Every piece was neatly arranged, the whole platter arrived well-chilled without any mess. You can really tell the chef prioritizes ultra-fresh seafood. Perfect portion size, outstanding flavor, and such great value for premium uni sashimi. This has become my go-to sushi spot for takeoutβ€”highly recommend to all raw fish lovers!

My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and it was our first time visiting. We were seated right away. She got their chicken teriyaki and it was obvious that this was better and fresher than any version of the dish she had. My girlfriend loved it. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were crisp. I ordered the sashimi dinner and it was some of the best sashimi I've had in quite a while. Great, fresh cuts with excellent flavors. I was beyond satisfied. The odd thing: My miso soup had way too much sodium but my girlfriend's was perfect. I'm not sure how that could even happen. The servers were kind and helpful, but they seemed to be a bit overworked and didn't check in as expected. The atmosphere can be improved. It felt like they had moved into an older restaurant and kept the tables and chairs without upgrading anything. Regardless, we cannot wait to return and try other dishes.

Amazing place. My daughter and I love sushi and this place was truly the some of the best we’ve ever had. So pretty in presentation and so yummy! Service was so sweet and attentive. Recommend the Skywalker, Green Peace and Stallion Roll. Wish we lived closer!

Takumi Sushi is a resturant that serves Japanese cuisine-style food, even though it’s a sushi place. This was my first visit, and it was a mostly good experience. The restaurant decorated with some Japanese-style art and was busy for a Saturday Night. While Takumi has a wide variety of sushi, they also offer different options such as habachi dishes. I tried the habachi vegetables, and they were good. I also enjoyed an ice cream sundae for dessert. The portions I thought were fair for the prices of the product. Our Server was great and attentive to what my friend and I needed. The only thing that could have been better was the seating. If you don’t get a booth, it can be hard to have a conversation, especially in a busy and full restaurant. The acoustics made it difficult to hear my and friend and I talk to each other. For a group, a table would have been ideal, but we weren’t in a hurry, so asking for a booth or table might have been helpful. Overall, it’s a great restaurant, and the food was enjoyable. I recommend it!

Food was amazing, everything we had was very authentic and genuinely delicious. Usually with sushi if it isn’t All You Can Eat we don’t leave full but this place wasn’t like that. Service and staff was very kind as well!

Patrick & I come here very often, by often I mean maybe once a week. From the moment we walk in the door you’re met with a pleasant host & kind servers. Never much of a wait which is probably because the food comes out quickly & they are very attentive to you during your visit. The food is always incredible & they accommodate the small request like removing the tail of the shrimp if asked, which may seem silly but I personally like that. I often order takeout if we aren’t able to make it out because I enjoy the food that much. This was just from last night!
